Shuvo Buzz Terms & Conditions

By using Shuvo Buzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Shuvo Buzz platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. They apply to all Shuvo Buzz services, including the website, mobile app, betting section, jackpot, and payment system.

• These terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Shuvo Buzz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• Nothing on this platform should be construed as professional legal, financial, or betting advice.

To open an account on Shuvo Buzz, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Shuvo Buzz reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for verification purposes.

• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and accurate.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If your account credentials are lost or compromised, notify our support team immediately.
• Accounts created with false information will be permanently banned.
• Accounts may not be opened for corporate or business purposes.

Once placed on Shuvo Buzz, all bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error has occurred or Shuvo Buzz officially cancels the event. It is your responsibility to review the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet.

For live betting, if a bet is not completed due to a lost internet connection or any other technical issue, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• If odds are found to be incorrect, Shuvo Buzz reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information will result in permanent account closure.

BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals on Shuvo Buzz. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited instantly or within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, during verification or periods of high traffic, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (for KYC-verified accounts).
• Withdrawals are not permitted without placing at least one bet after a deposit.
• Shuvo Buzz may suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

Shuvo Buzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming. Once a bonus is accepted, withdrawals will not be permitted until the playthrough requirement for that bonus has been completed.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. 10x playthrough requirement.
• Referral Bonus: Up to ৳200 for each successful referral. The bonus is credited once your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Reload Bonus: Get an extra 20%–50% bonus on deposits on select days or events.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Shuvo Buzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Shuvo Buzz believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never lead to financial hardship. We encourage all our users to bet responsibly. The following tools are available free of charge on Shuvo Buzz:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Betting Limit: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily disable your account for anywhere from 7 days to 6 months.
• Reality Check: View a summary of your betting activity at set intervals.

Shuvo Buzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Threatening or harassing other users on the platform.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded. However, in cases of fraud or bonus abuse, the entire balance will be forfeited.

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Shuvo Buzz will never ask for your password over the phone or via messages.
• Avoid using Shuvo Buzz on public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a bet or a payment, please contact our support team in the first instance. The team will aim to resolve the matter within 48 hours. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, a formal complaint may be submitted via email.

• Complaints regarding bet outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the event ending.
• Payment-related complaints must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
• During any dispute, the decision of Shuvo Buzz shall be considered final.
• Please include relevant evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs) when submitting a complaint.

Shuvo Buzz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
